Our stunning five storey building is tastefully designed with special rooms and suites for your pets set with modern installations, a large indoor park, interaction play room and a rooftop pool area. It’s enough to make any dog or cat to wag its tail.

Opens 10am till 6pm daily. We offer cat and dog boarding for your precious companions while you are away for work or vacation. Relaxing spa and stylish grooming is an addition for those who prefer to be pampered with unique product and care.

Check-out time (Daily except Tuesday) 10am to 3pm. If picked up after 3pm, there will be an additional night charge.

Visiting hours, kindly inform visitor details and arrange visiting hour with the receptionist.

Please bring your pet for inspection before check-in or Cocomomo Urban Pets Hotel has the right to refuse taking pet in.

Swimming your dog is a perfect activity for the young or old. Swimming is a non-weight bearing activity that avoids all the stresses and strains of exercising on hard ground.

A rinse and dry off area is available which can be used before or after swimming. Entrance fee of RM50 per dog per entry includes free access to indoor park.

Our pool water is generated in salt water chlorination process.

It's free access to all COCOMOMO members all year round. Customers are allowed in the park daily from 10am till 6pm.
